Our pets have been patients of River Valley Veterinary Service for the last 5 years. Recently, one of our dogs had a seizure. I called and they got us right in. The vet and staff were all amazing - calm, clear, helpful in next steps, and both an assistant and the vet called the next day to check in on her. Grateful to have a small-town vet experience in a larger city.
Highly recommend RVVS for all services including veterinary, grooming and boarding! Staff is very friendly, they care about your pet, atmosphere is a nice, clean place. And during boarding, they give you access to a live video feed during both play and rest times, so fun!
I cannot say enough great things about the loving care your pet receives at RVVS! Every Veterinarian, every Associate, shows the utmost respect and care to your pet. It has been a month since we had Izzy euthanized, terrible long story, and it doesn't feel any better today than it did a month ago. Please have your dog vaccinated for Leptospirosis! We will be bring our next family member to RVVS!
