These guys are great! Reliable, trustworthy, professional, care of property, reasonable prices. Air conditioner went out after almost 30 years. 90 degree day of course. Had new furnace and air conditioner installed next day. I will only use these guys.

The technician Lucas showed app on time. Did a great job was very friendly and helpful, and prior lake, a c will be installing my new h.V a system when this one fails. I would highly recommend them to do any of your h.V a c work, thanks, guys, great job.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ben from Prior Lake Heating & Air Conditioning! He arrived perfectly within the appointment window which is important as someone who works from home. He was very kind and personable, fixing the immanent problem at hand, in the pouring rain, and staying to thoughtfully explain what we could expect from our 30 year our heating/cooling system in the next couple years. I very much enjoyed working with Ben, and when we chose to replace our HVAC system will be delighted to reach out to Prior Lake Heating & Air Conditioning again!
