John was great, professional, & kind. The AI system didn't do a great job helping me schedule (I personally would rather speak to a human to make sure things are accurate). Didn't end up going with them because of costs

Very happy customer. Being it's a Saturday and 4th of July Caleb arrived at hour house within a hour to address our A/C problem and fixed it in a timely manner. He explained everything step by step and told us the cost so we could decide to fix it which we did. Gave a detailed check list when done. Very friendly and professional! Highly recommend and if you get Caleb you are definitely in good hands.
