Very nice experience overall. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I was treated with respect, heard and seen by Twin Cities Eye and Dr. Mackner. My eye health is important to them and I'm grateful for these professionals to walk with me as I pursue continued health.

Outstanding Doctors and Staff, many convenient locations

My appointment with Dr. Mackner was on time, and everything was explained to me. Found a slight change since last fall, and tweaked my prescription.
Barring something dramatic, I should be back in a year for my check-up.

Dr. Mackner is great but for the past two years I have had extreme wait times because they are not provided enough help. This very frustrating!

Great communication with the doctor. It was really confusing to find the office. We had to get directions three times.

Everyone was polite, were helpful. The Doctor answered my questions and hopefully his suggestions will help me. Thank you.

Great appointment. But trying to get in contact with anyone after your appointment, horrendous. Not able to get a response from online contact forum and can’t get a person on the phone. Still trying to figure out what my RX number is from over 2 weeks ago to get my prescription filled. One of the prescriptions supposedly was sent to a speciality pharmacy that helps reduce cost, and was suppose to call me. I received no such call. Still waiting to talk to someone on an actual phone. I’m to the point, where I might just have to show up in person to get my RX number which is ridiculous.

Dr Mackner is a great eye MD. He’s thorough and efficient, but always takes time to answer questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
