Joshua & Christian were great - very nice, professional and honest! Loved the text messages updating us on when they’d be here too. We have a 22 year old A/C unit that wasn’t blowing cold air. Anticipated the worst and was extremely happy when it turned out to be an easy cheap fix. Will definitely be repeat customers!
Amazing service! Came out to look over AC unit. Super friendly, explained everything and let me know it all looked great! Gentleman cleaned off AC unit for me also. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite! Definitely recommend!!
Swenson Heating & A/C has excellent customer service. We had Joshua out today to perform a tunup on our furnace. He did a great job of explaining his findings during his inspection. It was a relief to get good news on the condition of our furnace and refreshing to have the job completed with no upselling during his visit. I have them coming back in the spring to go over our A/C unit as well. We chose to sign up for their service plan to ensure we get timely service for our furnace and A/C.
