Friendly people, great classes! The pool, sauna, hot tub, fitness studio,cardio area, weight training areas, childcare, excellent staff, and more, set this place way out in front of other workout facilities! I've been a member of their staff for 20 years, and it just keeps getting better and better!!

Great place to utilize a variety of options. Sharma, the GM is friendly and extremely helpful. The personal trainers are very knowledgeable. It's a comfortable, come as you are, place to jog, swim, play basketball, lift, do group fitness, read, and socialize. Highly recommended!
