I've had filter queen air purifier and vacuum for many years. They just keep working without failure. One time I had to get a broken item replaced with summit air industries and they replaced it ASAP and I get my filters replaced every year through their program. Thank you.

I bought the defender for my apartment- I have a rabbit (she's the messy, stinky roommate) and I get pretty bad allergies this time of year. After running the Defender (with the charcoal wraps) for only a few hours, I was breathing easier and you couldn't even tell the stinky roommate was there.
