The tech showed up within an hour after I called and was done in less than an hour. He fixed my kitchen drain that had grease buildup from the previous tenant, everything is working great now.
I got my kitchen sink unclogged and everything went very smoothly, Stefan was nice and helpful, would recommend their services. I think it may have been a little on the pricey side but they were out within hours of submitting a request, were very thorough, and do offer a warranty on their repairs.
We have been very impressed with the quality of work and the friendly staff doing this work. They have been very clean in removing wet and damaged drywall and wood drying it out with humidification and testing to see the wood is dry with the planning for where to repair the pipes going to these main road sewer system.
We are not yet sure of cost as the work has not been completed.
