I got my kitchen sink unclogged and everything went very smoothly, Stefan was nice and helpful, would recommend their services. I think it may have been a little on the pricey side but they were out within hours of submitting a request, were very thorough, and do offer a warranty on their repairs.

We have been very impressed with the quality of work and the friendly staff doing this work. They have been very clean in removing wet and damaged drywall and wood drying it out with humidification and testing to see the wood is dry with the planning for where to repair the pipes going to these main road sewer system. We are not yet sure of cost as the work has not been completed.

$457 main sewer, house to street. Go somewhere else. Hastily called appt by a relative with no research while i was sandbagging drain. Never again. I asked my coworker what he was charged for same service by different company, $140.
2026 update. WOW. we finally had to get the roots cleaned out again, and we got a video. Roto-Rooter told us 3 years ago we needed the street connection redone for like $6-12k....I was just like we'll wait as see (they wanted us to sign up asap). There is absolutely nothing wrong with our street connection years later. What a sham. Saw the video from Marvel. I had to find this review and roast them some more. Unbelievable, they knew it was a new-old house for us and figured they saw a mark. They even mentioned something about helping us out with the insurance (which my gf did not have, as she signed away every right to come back at the seller). All these years later and marvel was still cheaper too..

Stefan was polite, informative about our problem (including some non-related water questions), and engaging while he fixed our clogged pipes. The cost of services was reasonable and he showed up within an hour or so of making a service request. We 100% recommend Stefan from Roto-Rooter.
