I've been working with Jen and MacKenzie at Quality Resource Group (QRG) for nearly 8 years, and they always come through for me—no matter what. I’ve thrown some truly obscure requests and last-minute orders their way, and somehow, someway, they make it happen. The products are always top-notch and arrive when I need them.

If you got a mid-large brand, and you're looking to get connected to vendors for producing items with your logo, this is definitely a place I would go. Variety of options from items to apparel (and print), the sales team goes above and beyond to meet your expectations. The company is ran very tight-knit with a family orientated mindset. They take care of each other there, and will do what they can to take care of you.

EDIT: QRG did reach out to me personally to get more details in regards to the situation. I truly appreciate them wanting to understand the breakdown in communication to make sure this does not happen in the future.As I noted in my original review, I actively wanted to work with QRG because of their great personal relationships they build with their customers.
