Panda and Noodle had a GREAT week spending parts of Monday and Tuesday, all day Wed, and overnight to Thursday!!! They both came so happy and tired! They both conked right out each night and were excited to see their friends the next day. Thank you for treating them with such kindness and love!!!

Pet Retreat is amazing! 😍 My dogs truly enjoyed their stay there. It was also a relief not to worry about them, knowing they were being taken care of so well.

Beautiful place with friendly, helpful staff. Totally comfortable leaving my dog there. Would give 5 stars except that the cost for grooming with sedation is over $400.

We appreciate the daily report cards and we can't thank you all enough for taking such good care of our girl when she needed it most. I have always taken my almost two year old Shih Tzu to Kait. This time, she stated that there was a clipper injury to Nalu (has never happened before) because she moved a bit during the cutting of her chest area. Unfortunately, there were two (same area but both sides of her chest). I am a bit disappointed in this occurrence. I have always trusted a stress-free experience for her, and hope that that was still the case. Time will tell on whether I seek a different groomer or not as I like how she handles my dog's stress regarding the hair dryer. Just thought I would mention my concerns for feedback at this time.
