Had a great experience with my eyelash and eyebrow service. My hair service was decent but my hair felt like straws after the balayage. They were so great getting it fixed the next day and Bridget was amazing!
Had some issues from the front desk person on the Friday I went. They had a promotion and I checked twice before the service that it would be applied. When I went up to pay, the lady questioned the promotion and gave me a lot of attitude. However when I went in on Saturday to get my hair fixed everyone was accommodating.
