My experience with Sarah Lund Peterson went very well!! She was efficient, professional and knowledgeable while addressing all my issues in a friendly, personable manner! I would highly recommend Sarah!!
Sarah Lund Peterson is fantastic! She is empathetic, educational, and thorough. Every time I see her, I feel confident in what we’ve discussed and comfortable with the plan. The process of scheduling and checking in and being seen on time was perfect. The girl that “roomed” me was so kind and it was so nice to have superior customer service. It lacks out in the world these days. I can’t speak to the other providers at this location as I haven’t seen them, but I highly recommend Sarah and as long as she’s there, I will continue to go to Pinnacle.
(Treated for acne and eczema) I had a great experience! Everyone was really nice and addressed all of my questions/concerns. For those that haven't been to a dermatologist, it's not uncommon for short appointment times in dermatology. However, here I didn't feel rushed out or that I was unable to get answers to my questions. The post-appointment directions sheet was very helpful! I appreciated that they actually asked about my current skincare routine in the appointment, which is something that I was never asked from my last dermatologist.
