Had a sunroof replaced here. Scheduling was quick and easy, I was able to work from the lounge while the work was being done. Work looks great, and everyone was friendly and professional. Great experience. Covered by insurance, so no cost out the door for me.
Just picked up my 2015 Tacoma from Luther Collision and Glass, Plymouth for repair of body damage. The work was above my expectations, completed on time and at a very reasonable price. Best of all I discovered a shop that takes pride in their work and who they are. Scott Gustafson and Rachel Schreiber were exceptionally thorough, informed, courteous and responsible managers. I had the opportunity to see a state of art work area, journeymen craftsmen and young apprentice mechanics turning out beautiful work and could feel the pride in the place and the craftsmanship they were performing. It made me feel proud actually that there are places like this yet in my town.
My car was broken into and the front passenger window completely shattered. Glass was everywhere in the seat and floor. I called on a Friday and was scheduled Monday at 8am for replacement. The waiting area was great and the repair was done in 1.5 hrs. The extra time was because the tech vacuumed all the glass and wiped down the surface. The actual cost was slightly less than the estimate. I’m so grateful!
