I brought my husbands vehicle in for an oil change. Took about an hour. Jimmy the advisor was very helpful.
My experience at Lupient Nissan Brooklyn Park was excellent! Jimmy started it off very well by first pronouncing my name correctly, listening carefully and paying close attention to details. My oil change was done in a timely manner and when I came to pick my car up, not only was it washed, but Jimmy went the extra mile to help me with a minor problem inside my trunk. Excellent service from Mike Worden. He answered all my questions. He gave the different options I could choice from, buying my car or leasing a new one. I choice the new one because Mike worked with me to get my payment down to were I could handle it. Will be back to work with Mike again.The finance guy also was friendly. He also worked with me so I could afford the service that was offered to.Great place!!!!!!!!
