Easy to schedule and in my case reschedule, very good communication via text/email, two techs showed up on time, very polite and professional, explained the service, steps and timeline to complete very clearly. When you see what comes out of your vents it is an eye opener! Make sure to have the dryer vent cleaned out too. Feels like a nice healthy reset on air quality. Be sure to change your furnace air filter the next day - they will remind you.

Kevin was very thorough and efficient! The house definitely smells cleaner and previously plugged sinuses are already clearing!!

If you haven’t done this in a few years or get stuffy noses when running your furnace, I’d highly recommend this!
