I would like to talk about my experience with the billing/ receptionist person. There’s a new lady there who is very Sweet!! I think her name is Sapona. She’s new, she Knows how to communicate and takes her time with you explaining insurance, and appointment details! She absolutely cares about you and how your appointment goes!!
    Great addition to your practice!

Cancelled my appt 4 days ahead of the appt (it had been scheduled for 6 months) bc Gentle dentistry updated their policy to not accept my insurance, leaving me due for a cleaning without a dentist until I find one accepting new patients.
I had a bad experience with Gentle Dentistry at the Spring Park location as well as Plymouth.

They do their job well! I do not understand the cancellation of appointments that has said to have happened and all the one star ratings. I've been going there for 5 years, general dentistry for 20 years in general. I think the Plymouth location is the best. I've never had a canceled appointment. And nothing near but a five-star rating because they're nice and they do their job and I consider they do it well!

My daughter had appt for root canal. The doctor decided to cancel and not do her procedure making all lies said she was crying then tell me to call other place and referral me to endodontic dental specialist. My daughter was just nervous she was confused why they didn’t do her root canal didn’t let her talk and explain. Waste of time and not a great dental place.

I had an incredibly disappointing visit to this facility today. My interaction with Dr. Alaa Al Arabi was easily one of the most unpleasant medical experiences I’ve ever had.

From the start, the doctor was dismissive, blatantly rude, and spoke to me in a condescending manner. Instead of feeling cared for or heard, I felt belittled throughout the entire appointment. A patient should never be made to feel like a burden or be spoken to with such a lack of basic professional courtesy.

The atmosphere at this facility is severely lacking in compassion and respect. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a supportive and professional healthcare environment to look elsewhere. I will not be returning.

Called to ask if my 17 year old graduated daughter could attend her appt alone. A dental assistant was asked. Policy so answer no. Told by said receptionist that she don't have to listen why i believe daughter should be allowed. If your going to go ask someone equal to our above you, details matter. Also good customer service is not being rude then calling client rude. Good customer service is listening. Even lying saying you understand and can ask dentist not saying I'll ask dentist but not listen to what and why you're asking. If a woman has a child at 13 she would be a legal adult. I know this as fact. I explained my being so at 16. Your policy is ridiculous. With a parent note and call from said parent a actual doctor's visit is fine. Your teeth cleaners! My daughter is graduated from high school and going into college early but can't go to the dentist for evaluation on teeth.

I wish I could give a zero star. Very poor customer service. Called 3 weeks ago to make appointments and all information was taken. By the time when we arrived, they said our appointments weren’t made so we need to make a new one again. I took a day off to go to dentist with my kid. RIDICULOUS.

I’ve been coming here for years, but this place has gone downhill. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and terrible with kids. They even cancel appointments last minute after you’ve waited months, and it’s almost impossible to get another one. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist anymore.
