Aaron and the team at Gates were phenomenal to work with. They guided me through the entire insurance claim process and always acted in my best interest. They simplified the insurance lingo and handled the hassles, making sure I was well taken care of. I highly recommend them for any exterior work, especially when it comes to storm damage and insurance claims.
Gates has done work in my association for years. We have always been so pleased with their work. I recently had storm damage and they were out immediately to assess my home and provide a quote to the association's property management company. While waiting for the association's insurance to review the claim, they took precautions to be sure there would be no further damage. Bruce and Luis are on top of everything! I recently met Bruce Gates on a day when an insurance adjuster was to evaluate roof storm damage. Bruce and the adjuster went on the roof evaluated the damage and as it turned out the damage was minimal. Bruce advised me to withdraw the claim and then proceeded to make the repairs himself. Working with insurance adjusters can be rather stressful but Bruce made the entire process simple and easy. I am very impressed with Bruce Gates and look forward to working with him on future projects.
