Our experience with FOD was first rate. Logann, our sales and design expert, was a joy to work with. He knows everything about carpets, has a great design eye and is very comfortable sharing his honest opinions, was generous with his time (he came to our home with samples numerous times), and was exceptionally responsive. The install process was very smooth. The install managers, Matt and Derick, patiently and professionally answered all our questions. And the install team, led by Rafael, was fantastic. They're experienced, hard working, professional, and their work is outstanding. If my wife and I could give FOD 10 stars, we would!

We are so delighted with the whole process of working with Floors of Distinction. Choosing the carpet itself was guided by the information we learned about the different types and qualities of carpet. We shared about what design and colors we were considering and Logann helped by pulling out some great selections. We were kept updated on the install time and the crew who did the install were so efficient and professional. We've had follow-ups after the install to clarify the upkeep and care of the carpet. Very professional and thorough process with great staff. We are thoroughly enjoying our new primary bedroom carpet! We will be back with future flooring needs as this is a very reputable company to come into your home.

Others here have already said it so well - working with FOD Studio was an outstanding experience all around. The entire team was professional, provided great guidance, cared about producing a quality result, and was fun to work with on top of it. We're so delighted with the result of our first large carpeting project that we're going to have them tackle a second project that we'd planned on putting off for awhile.

In the process of considering options for replacing the flooring for the lower level of my home I went to the FOD showroom in Plymouth. Christina helped me on this first visit. I was very favorably impressed by her knowledge, her customer service orientation, her extensive experience, and her great ability to communicate effectively. I decided after that first visit that this was the person and company I wanted to deal with on my project. After coming to my home several times she put a proposal together and I agreed and signed and put money down to get scheduled. Every single person from FOD I dealt with in preparation and during the project was excellent and reflected the same kind of customer service orientation as Christina does. The installation went great. We went with a combination of LVT and carpeting mostly on her design recommendations. I am completely satisfied with the finished product and will go back to FOD for any flooring needs in the future.

Shopped here for tile, and received exceptional design service from Logann. We were shown many beautiful choices for floor and shower tile; including every detail such as grout color, best tile size for the size of the room, best tile layout and more. It was a pleasure to have had the chance to work with Logann.
