Paul Armstrong installed a new concrete driveway on our first home, like almost 20 years ago. (!) We went with him because he talked us through the science and art of his approach, and we knew he wasn't going to just have some guys come out and pour concrete. He is exacting - and we were happy with the result.A few months ago my mother-in-law needed to replace her walkway that wrapped around the house. Paul spent a lot of time with us, answering our questions and advising. 20 years later he is the same (except now with 20 years more experience! lol) and I did not hesitate to hire him for this job.
