North Ward Homes is comprised of exceptional craftspersons, and more importantly, people. The product, as well as the process, is absolutely exceptional. I've been directly and indirectly involved in carpentry and the business of construction my entire life. I've never seen better carpenters or more consistent approaches. From small projects to full design-build, they can absolutely handle it all and the results are exceptional either way.
Russ is a good guy and does a good job on my hair and beard. My head is pretty easy because there isn't much hair up there.
I called Northland Steam Cleaners almost crying today and left a shaky message...my robot vacuum had run over dog poop and spread it throughout my house. I was devastated and so grossed out! I used my own carpet cleaner machine and just felt like it was still all over. I got a call back within 10 minutes of my message and they had enough time to come today!!! They were just finishing a job about 10 minutes from my house. He was so fast, but spent a lot of time on my carpet! I have had other carpet cleaning companies clean my carpets....but these guys made it look brand new!!! No other company has made it look this great!!
Amazing company and response when we had a few water leaks after cabin sat all winter. Had my kids up just for the weekend and called them Friday at 230 and they were able to get someone on their way to help us. Thank goodness for these guys!

We recently moved into the area and were fortunate to be recommended to Andrea for cleaning services. Does our house sparkle each time Andrea visits? Uh, yes. Oh very much yes. Over the years, we have tried other cleaning services elsewhere and never have had someone so attentive to detail and providing such tip-top, excellent, squeaky-clean, (insert other descriptions of amazing cleanliness here), etc.
Now to our second stroke of luck which is being introduced to Matt through Andrea. We moved into this house and, as expected, noticed multiple items which needed to be adjusted but how to get this accomplished one would wonder? Excellent question which has a great answer: Matt. We are continually amazed at Matt's versatility, creativity, and quality workmanship in the handyman realm. In a few months, Matt has accomplished so many projects for us, inside and outside the house, and has single-handedly fast-tracked our new home settling-in period by many months. We are very appreciative of his energy, skill, and collaboration.

Chris Finstad and sons have been hired multiple times for our cabin in northern MN. Recently we added an addition, they painted all interior walls, stained woodwork to blend old and new sections beautifully. We had a completely orange pine room that was painted and sealed with white walls and white tongue and groove ceiling for a great transformation. We had our outdoor porch swing painted, our cedar cabin and garage stained, and new pergola and outdoor counter stained and sealed by Finstad's. We can completely trust them with all our painting and staining projects. Their work is outstanding and we really enjoy working with them. Highly recommend!
These guys are seriously the best!! I was stuck in the Target parking lot because my serpentine belt broke and they helped me fix it. They spent 2 hours of their time to help me!! I would 100% recommend them for their services.
