Roland, his wife Chrissy and a gentleman name Jim came to our home yesterday. They did a fantastic job. If I could rate them higher we would. We had a large oak tree that the top snap most of the way and it got hung up in another tree. The hard part was the tree was hanging above our well house and it was going to make it more difficult to cut down.Roland explain to us what they were going to do and ensure us that they would be able to drop the tree with out landing on our well house. They were all about safety and they made it look so easy. I would highly recommend them and we would most diffently use them again if we need it. I can not thank them enough for all they did!!!!
These people suffered a big loss when their shop burnt to the ground two weeks ago. Prayers for them!

Although another trip is required to install a new on demand water heater, the initial repairs are done. I will recommend your company to others in the Federal Dam area.

Nick came to work on our furnace and while doing that noticed sensor and setting issues with our in-floor heating, that he also rectified. He also fixed an ignition issue with our fireplace on his way out. : ) Working with Molly on appointments, part status, etc. was also a breeze.
