We just bought a home, and we needed an air exchanger put in hopes of diluting our radon levels. We had radon mitigation a contractor out who informed us we couldn't do a full mitigation system/encapsulation because our crawl space doesn't have enough space to crawl through and there's a lot of exposed soil, so we started calling around to find a good company to put in an ERV or an HRV. Bruce came by, gave us a really reasonable quote for a Boran HRV, and his pricing stayed reasonable despite having to do more ductwork than he initially expected in his quote.
