“If you are fortunate enough to get your animal groomed here you will know why I gave it five stars. Some of the local dogs were barking when I arrived and my dog was very agitated when we entered the business. He was sounding very vicious and nipped at the groomer at least a dozen times. She handled herself like she has done this before and was not freaked out at all even though I was. It made me sad to see my little guy so upset and anxious. Stacy told me to leave and she would check in with me shortly. The next thing I know she sends me a picture of him and he is doing just fine. He has developed an anxiety over people touching him because of a bad vet appointment he had as a puppy. Anyhow the next thing I knew she was done and he was happy and they were friends. I am going to take him back there more often than I need to just so he can have some of her wonderful love. Rusty needs to build some trust and I couldn't think of a better person to help him do that.“
