I had to reactivate my Apple MacBook Pro after 5 years of non-use. The operating system was no longer compatible with Zoom and other software. I spent two and a half hours trying to upgrade the operating system and was going nowhere when I called Geek2Go. They had it fixed right away and at a reasonable cost. THANKS GEEK2GO!
Usually, I can do all of the maintenance on my PC including removing malware. However, I go hit with malware that toally locked me out. It's the first time I've been stymied with a PC problem. Geeks to Go totally got rid of the malware and also cleaned up some of the junk that normally resides during usage. They did a good job on our PC!
