I recently bought a generator and I called Northern Pines and Josh came out had the necessary equipment to make this functional. It turns out that my fuse box was relatively new and he was able to utilize that one instead of installing an additional one. You also install the safety mechanism where you can't turn off the power and turn on the generator without doing the proper steps it absolutely amazing very very happy with Northern Pines excellent professionalism excellent knowledge. Also I use Northern Pines to service my boiler every 6 months and had a new faucet installed several months ago absolutely impressed.
Exceptional service from Northern Pines Plumbing, Heating & Electric. They responded fast on a holiday weekend, replaced our water heater the same day, and made sure our guests had hot water that night. Truly above and beyond, highly recommend.
Jeremy was excellent. First, he crawled into a tight space in our attic to verify that our plumbing/venting was in good shape. Second, he offered to work with our realtor on any questions for our upcoming home sale. Third, he solved our main line drain smell issue.
After Jeremy left, we had a leak in the water heater when we turned it on for the first time in the spring. We called Jeremy and he returned within 30 minutes to fix it, even though the leak wasn't from his or Northern Pines work. Excellent service!!
