I recently say Rachel Erickson for my annual exam. She and her team of nurses were awesome! Very thorough and caring. Answered my questions and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. The reason I am not giving them a 4 is with regards to billing. We have a silver plan through U-Care and understood that our annual visits would be fully covered. Well, they aren't according the billing department with Essentia. We appealed my bills and we still had to pay $800. Essentia needs to get their billing guidelines straight! My mammogram was fully covered! Dr Raeh (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was so fantastic with my 5 year old daughter. She was really scared about having the doctor check her ears and Dr Raeh was really slow and gentle with her and promised to stop if my daughter told her to. We got the help we needed and my daughter came out feeling more confident about seeing the doctor, yay!

I was at another facility not related to Essentia and the Doctor was horrible and would not help my son...I went to Essentia a few days later to the walk in clinic and received the best customer service and the Doctor was exceptional. He was the way a doctor should be....he listened to our concerns, assessed, diagnosed, and gave him the proper treatment. We will be going to Essentia from now on.
