Jack Brann knows his real estate! Jack was/is especially knowledgeable dealing with commercial real estate transactions. The sale of my business was handled professionally and I knew I was in good hands throughout the entire process. A few things came up after the sale and Jack was extremely helpful at that time as well. Within a month, shortly after Covid harmed small businesses, I was able to not only get 1, but 2 offers, and sold at full ask! I'd highly recommend Jack and his team and will most certainly call on him for any of my real estate needs!
