Contractor Paul, pressured me to sign contract for a paint job, requested $500. 00 deposit, then when I changed my mind to have new siding instead of paint, he would not return repeated attempts to negotiate another paint job so he would not lose his deposit money.He refuses to work with me to get the job I want done.
