This wellness spa in Owatonna is superb. The owner/operator Tracy is one of a kind.She provides great care to customers each time I have visited. RED Wellness Spa provides great pain therapy treatment options that I can speak to personally as I was recovering from a recent knee surgery. The staff is very knowledgeable and always represent such a positive energy to their roles.Thank you RED Wellness for your help on my road to recovery without knee pain.
I am so happy I have found this spa?. The red light cocoon pod has helped me recover from my herniated disc. I notice a great reduction in my pain for days after the treatment . I will gladly drive from Rochester to use this spa…thank you! Also thank you to Tracy for being so helpful:)
My first sculplight and pod experience yesterday was wonderful. Tracy makes you feel at home and pampered. I will be going back and look forward to more relaxation and help with pain management.
