Uncanny customer service. After, likely, over a decade of use, my powerblocks started disintegrating all at once at the plastic junction between the plate and the metal carrier on multiple plates. I was shopping for alternatives when I saw on a message board or two that they are noted for good customer service. I took a few photos and emailed their customer service department expecting to be told that my set was discontinued and maybe a deal on a complete replacement for appreciable extra money. 10 minutes ... not 10 hours or 10 days... later, Ashley emailed me back and asked for additional photos.
