Owatonna Veterinary Services is consistently described as the best vet in town. The staff is skilled, caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Clients can feel the love the staff has for all animals. The doctors, including Dr. Krumm, Dr. Gute, and Dr. Bauer, are remarkable, dedicated, hard-working, and trusted completely. They truly love critters and it shows. Dr. Krumm provides straightforward, clear information and answers all questions.

The practice is known for going above and beyond, especially in emergencies. They have helped in urgent situations even when technically closed and for animals that were not yet patients. In one instance, they provided critical care, including oxygen, for two cats after a house fire, keeping them for two weeks until they made a full recovery. Even pets with nervous temperaments get excited to visit their friends at the vet. The practice holds a special place in clients' hearts, with many using their services for over a decade and recommending them always.

✨️Best vet I've ever been to.✨️ Last year, Dr. Krumm and his staff helped us in an emergency situation even though they were technically closed and our dog wasn't even a patient of his. You can feel the love this staff has for all the animals they see (even if your pet is kinda sassy). The receptionist is a delight and the vet techs are knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Krumm gives you straightforward, clear information and answers all of your questions. Additionally, the pricing is incredibly fair. My dog has a somewhat nervous temperament but she always gets excited to go see her friends at the vet. This place is the best vet in town.
