My dip nails are falling off after one week! The day of our appointment, we were rushed through (no one was waiting) and now the nails are pooping off. For the amount I paid I’ve very disappointed

what i got vs the photo (i asked him to make some changes) and i got exactly what i wanted!! the man was super quick, efficient, easy to talk to and i never felt anxious when asking for changes, offered a beverage, made sure i was comfortable, and let my friend sit next to me. the only thing i could criticize on maybe is that i got nail glue on my hands/tips on fingers a bit. but hey, for the price and outcome, I AM NOT UNHAPPY!! he was still very professional and kind. love my nails!! (:

Lena was great. I came in just wanted a basic manicure with regular polish. They kept trying to get me to do gel again. Then when I bumped a nail they kept telling me to be careful. Over and over. Why do they even have basic polish in the place. I was very very careful on the way home. One hand my nails were dented. The other the polish was messed up again. I wondered how old the polish was. At first use it was thick and they had to thin it out. One lady took over for Lena, why I don't know. Laste time I had gel polish a wk and a half later it was chipping. I'm too embarrassed to come back
