We hired KraftMasters to update our soffit, fascia, wrap window trim and replace our old gutters with new seamless gutters. Sean always kept in good contact with updates and timeliness. We specifically hired this company to keep it local. The price was fair and the completed work was worth every penny! Our house now looks fantastic!!! We needed a new roof and siding. Our house is 35+ years old with the original Masonite siding and the roof was showing its age. I got several estimates from various companies. Kraft Masters was not the cheapest (that was a guy moonlighting), but it was not too far off. That said, the overall experience offered from Kraft Masters was superior. I worked mostly with James and a little bit with Chad.
From the start, James offered numerous options without being pushy. He'd give his recommendation if we asked for it. Our project was big - everything on the exterior of the house was replaced, along with some rotten wood in a couple areas.
Used these guys for a hail claim. Sean was very professional and responsive and all around the work they did was very good. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to work through a hail claim for roof, siding, other exterior work that needs to be done.
