I’ve saw Dr. Alayna for neck pain, and the results were fantastic after just one visit. The combination of chiropractic adjustments, cupping therapy, and dry needling has made a huge difference in relieving my pain and improving mobility. My daughter received treatment from Dr. Alayna for a soccer lower back injury. She received several of the offered treatment options and quickly knew what was and wasn’t helping her pain. After a few short weeks she was finished with her treatment & back to normal activity. We will likely return for some touch up treatment now & then for injury prevention purposes. I highly recommend Dr. Alayna!
