“Bamba does my hair personally. She has 5 different braiders. Her attitude is outstanding. She is easy to talk to if you have concerns about how someone did your hair. She will get to the bottom of the matter to ensure that the customer is satisfied. She does my hair just the way I ask her to do it. If I can't get her because I was late and have to let other braiders braid my hair, she's keeping a watchful eye on their job performance, to the point where if she notices something that needs correcting, technique, or whatever, she will come over and share that with the braiding staff. I don't feel as though I am being talked about secretly in a language that I don't understand. I don't feel disrespected at Bamba's as I have felt at many other African braiding shops I have gone to.“
