Donovan, a salesperson with Comfort Solutions, out of Osseo, MN responded to an inquiry I had about an issue with my Trane air conditioner. I had Genz Ryan come out to do a tune up and was told my compressor was bad and my gas regulator was leaking. The cost for them to replace the gas regulator was $600 and the compressor was estimated to be $4000 to $5000. The technician recommended replacement for the AC. I told him I had the repair plan with CenterPoint Energy, so I would have them evaluate my AC. CenterPoint Energy came out and told me the gas regulator was not leaking, however the AC compressor was bad and their repair plan did not cover the replacement of the compressor.... read full review

Great service! From the initial conversation with office personnel, to Brian who walked us through multiple options on site, to Brandon and Bob who installed both a furnace and an AC unit, to meticulous cleanup, all were very professionally done. We had bids from other companies, but none were as comprehensive as Brian provided. Brandon and Bob very competently worked through a furnace installation issue and then installed the AC, all within a day. We are happy with and highly recommend Comfort Solutions!

Excellent experience having a tech out to inspect & service an older HVAC system. I also had them quote a new HVAC system and they were very thorough in the process. They carry Trane which have a great reputation. Professional and not pushy.
