A house that now costs 2X what it did 5 years ago does not take 2X the work to sell - but the industry is more than happy to keep using the existing model as long as the general public believes this is how it is supposed to work.

Doug is showing that there is a better way and we are very glad we were able to hire him to be our buyer agent. The fact that we were able to hire an attorney to be our buyer agent with the background and experience that Doug brings and do it at a buyer fee substantially lower than what is typical in the industry shows just how badly out of balance the current real estate industry is.
