I have never had a good experience with this place. I asked to go a little blonder and I got my hair bright bleach blonde and orange. I told her that this was my biggest fear and I was very very unhappy. Total waste of money. I also got my lip and eyebrows waxed and got all of my skin ripped off with it. I still had to pay full price and it took a week of miserable pain to heal. I have never walked out that door satisfied.
