Kaylee has been cutting my hair for about a year now. I moved here from out of state and was nervous to leave my barber. From the minute I sat in her chair, I knew I was in good hands. I am picky about my hair and had a lot of questions. Never once did she make me or my questions feel like a burden or an annoyance. She gave me education on what to ask for and how to ask for it! She gives killer cuts, great advice, and is genuinely so kind. 10/10

They only have one employee. Was told to be here at 5:25 so I rushed to get here and am still waiting at 6:00pm. The one stylist here is very friendly and greeted me right away. I can imagine its hard to be the sole employee in a place like this. Also the stylist was knowledgeable and very friendly with my kiddo. He loved her! If it was not for the long wait time I would rate this place much higher.

Update: went back today. Booked at 9:17 am. Was told to be here by 10:30. Checked at 10 to see if still on track. Yep. Get there at 10:30. It’s another 56 minute wait?!?! I’ve decided to never come back. Sorry Alyssa…
Used to love coming to this place. Alyssa is amazing and always does a great job. But this store has gone down hill over the last couple of months. Long wait times, short staffed (8 chairs but never more than 3 stylists???). Today is now the 3rd straight time I’ve gone and been delayed 30 minutes longer. I reserve a time in the app, show up when told, only to find my wait being extended. I know this happens sometimes, but it is now happening every time. If management doesn’t shape up, I will be going elsewhere.
