We have used RowCal for a year and a half. We had some of the usual transition problems, but that is to be expected. Generally, they are very professional with systems that are designed to adhere to state laws and our governing documents. Our property manager is Jeana. She is well organized ahd very responsive. I would give her 5 stars for her efforts on our behalf.
Danielle from RowCal in Legacy Square Association is very helpful today. I was waiting for a document from HOA management team for loan application and it's urgent. She provided me the document under 5 minutes after sending out request email. Very impressive and great service. Thanks.
ROWCAL is an awesome property management company. They are responsive, helpful and courteous. Our community manager Matt Overbeck always follows through and brings a wealth of information to board meetings.
