Called this location for help as Maplewood location was not open even after 25 min after 8 am. Person I spoke with didn't care and told me to Google headquarters if I wanted to send in a complaint. This is ridiculous. When they want you to sign up they bend over backwards but when you need help to get a phone number to contact someone that can help you(contacting a district manager) they act like they are clueless. Do better!

On June 20 around 1 pm, I arrived at the gym with a guest. I was excited to work out together but realized I had set the guest pass to the wrong location. I asked if there was another way my guest could join me, suggesting either updating the pass to the correct location or having my guest sign up online for the 3- day free trial. However, the receptionist was unprofessional and insisted she would only help if my guest signed up for a membership, clearly aiming to earn a commission.

They don't provide towels even though there is a small pool, no equipment like racquet balls, or a racquet even though there is a small court and no basket balls for their basketball court! It's bring your own everything! For how expensive it is.....not worth it.....

My own personal experiences here have been nothing but fantastic, The things Trevor, Nate & other management has done here to bring in customers as well as a clean work space is beyond phenomenal and I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking forward to bettering their physical fitness.

Machines are great, ita convenient, and pretty nice. Only problem is even at thr least busy times which I go, a ton of people are sat on machines on their phone. They need more benches for people when they use their phone. Can get pretty annoying, but besides that I have no other issues.

My favorite place to work out. Depending on the location you chose, Maplewood & Oakdale are my preferred choices to workout. The places are clean and the employees are very helpful

I had the worest experience in this particular gym. Zero hospitality and when you ask a question all you get is an attitude and they don't explain anything for you when you ask them a question. I came in and to help me out with my membership they told me to wait for 1 hour which is so unnecessary.
