Body Wisdom in Oakdale is a great place to get a professional massage whether you just want to relax a little or you need massage therapy for healing from a long term issue like arthritis, fibromyalgia, back or other injuries. Each therapist sets their own hours and offers a specific skill set so you're going to want to take a few minutes to read the bio's on each to find your fit. Everything is by appointments only so plan ahead, but it's well worth the time.

Where to begin? The atmosphere is amazing. The rooms themselves are relaxing and tranquil. The massage therapist is hands-down the best and most professional I've ever had a massage from. She takes into consideration your specific needs and you will walk out feeling better regardless of your issues walking in. Amazing healing hands, simply the best therapeutic massage you can get.
