What has earned 4 stars from me has been all of my positive experiences at this location over several years. What keeps it from 5 is that it's 8:11 am, and I'm one of three cars (one left already) that are waiting for it to open for business. Fortunately I've got free time to wait this morning, but on a weekday, most people don't. Great location, but I hope this isn't a sign of things to come. (A fourth car just pulled up)
I had such a great experience at Northfield Valvoline! The manager did an excellent job with my oil change, and I was so impressed that I came back to get my headlight and blinker fixed. Kaiden did a fantastic job, and the tech working with him (wish I caught his name!) was just as phenomenal. They were quick, polite, and made a real positive impact on my day. The pricing was fair, and the service was outstanding. I’ll definitely keep coming back—thank you, Valvoline team
I have been to many different oil change places over the years and some of the experiences were terrible. The staff and management at the valvoline in northfield are top notch. Ben and Bryce and the staff are very good at what they do. Thank you, I will be back.
