Recently our circulation pump stopped working and tripped the breaker just as temperatures were forecast to drop into the teens for an entire week. I texted Tabor—even though he was on vacation out of state—and he not only responded immediately, but went above and beyond by coordinating with a local hot tub professional. That professional showed up quickly, replaced the circulation pump, and quite literally saved the day.
I had a great experience with this Sawatzke! They installed a new liner in my older pool, which can be a bit more challenging than newer ones, but they handled it with ease. The liner looks fantastic—very happy with the result. The team was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them for any pool work.
