Unfortunately, we received one cut of carpet that was short of the original measurements. Turns out, it was likely from the carpet manufacturer.
Although this caused a headache, many of the Rickway employees, including the owner l, Adam, made sure to take care of us. They sent a team (Brendan and Brady) to help move furniture. Both had great service and were willing to help where needed.

Go see Jacob Elit for your flooring needs, he does a great job listening to what you want and recommending the best product to meet your needs. Rickway installed carpet in 2 of our bedrooms, carpet looks great and the installers were very professional. Will be back to see Jacob for our next project.

Great service, Judy has helped me with flooring a number of times. She's got a real eye for color and home decorating all around! Friendly, fast service and the prices are very reasonable. You can also bring home as many samples as you need and they are good size, hence it's easy to compare and contrast and really imagine it in your area. The use top quality brands as well.
