It was great pleasure for me to work and learn at oakterrace North Mankato. during the most difficult time of Covid season. I would recommend if you looking for a good team to work with and great management ?

My mother started her stay in Autumn Lane the end of October. We have found the staff to be very caring both to my mother and myself. I am greeted with smiling faces and answers to any questions I might have are answered in a respectful and caring way. We consider ourselves lucky to be a part of the Oak Terrace family and appreciate everyone’s help with my mothers transition there.

The absolute best place to work. I’ve worked at a couple facilities around the area and Oak Terrace wins hands down for the way staff and the residents are treated. Anytime someone has a concern it’s handled right away. Every shift communicates amazing with eachother, and you can tell their training process is so informational that you really feel comfortable. I’ve learned so much here. The nurses are on every shift and care so so much about the residents. It feels like a big family here! Highly recommend
