Ignition Fitness is amazing. I have been working out at Ignition for the the past 90 days and it has been a perfect fit. Talk about both a physical and mental health recharger! The daily workouts are amazing and filled with variety. The trainers are engaged and have gotten to know both my limitations and strengths. The environment is welcoming to all levels of fitness and I have gotten to know numerous new friends!

I was never a person who worked out. Mostly I was worried I’d work out wrong and end up hurting my back or not achieving my goals. Sometimes I’d start a program or routine and end up not seeing it through. Ignition Fitness was recommended to me and so I gave it a try. After just a few months I could already tell my posture and strength were so much better than they had been in years. The trainers are there every step of the way so I never have to worry about working out wrong. They are all helpful and encouraging in the process. I can honestly say this has been a game changer for my physical health!

The staff at Ignition Fitness is amazing. Their trainers were a great help and inspiration on my road from being a completely sedentary person to an active, stronger, and healthier human being. They guided me all the way through, being very patient with me as I learned the ropes of doing all those great exercises personally designed to strengthen my chronically injured back.
