The technicians were very nice and professional. They explained the process as had a new furnace, central air installed and thermostat. Prices were lower than quotes received from other places. We are very happy with our new units!
Our A/C unit started acting up Friday night we didn't realize it till I woke up Saturday and it's still running. So I called and was able to get a tech out to look at our unit. Fortunately it was a bad capacitor and not a major issue. Our tech was awesome and hilarious, but most importantly he got us up and running again. Thanks ignite crew.
