I sent a sympathy bouquet to my sister and brother-in-law but when the flowers were delivered my sister couldn’t accept them because some of the flowers would have caused a severe allergic reaction in their pet cats. North Branch Floral was great about it — they took the flowers back and replaced them a day or two later with a completely new arrangement, at no cost. It was a really kind gesture that meant a lot to all of us during a difficult time.
